Made your plan with AI? Turn it into an editable Gantt

ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini hand you the plan as text or a table — where you cannot push a date, flag a milestone or show it to anyone. Bring it over and it becomes a Gantt you edit by dragging.

From a chat answer to an editable Gantt chart

  1. 1

Ask your assistant for the table

Paste it this prompt: "Give me the plan as a table with columns Group, Task, Start, End and Milestone, using YYYY-MM-DD dates."

  2. 2

Save it as a file and drop it here

Send that table to .xlsx or .csv from your spreadsheet, or bring the PDF. Only got it on screen? Screenshot it — we read the picture with optical recognition, in your browser too.

  3. 3

Fix whatever the model got wrong

Drag the bars to move dates, pull the edges to change how long something takes, and flag milestones. Then export to PDF, PNG or Excel, or hit Share and we copy a link you can hand to anyone.

Your table is never uploaded: it is read and edited in your browser

Fix dates and milestones without prompting the model again

The format your AI already knows how to produce

This is the column contract we import untouched. Hand the prompt to any assistant and whatever comes back goes straight in.

The Milestone column takes YES or NO. Dates work as YYYY-MM-DD or MM/DD/YYYY. Group and Milestone are optional: task, start and end are enough.

Questions about AI-generated plans

Does this work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot?

Any of the four, and whatever ships next. We never connect to the assistant: we work from the table it handed you, so where you generated it makes no difference.

What exactly should I prompt for?

Ask for the table with Group, Task, Start, End and Milestone columns, and spell out the date format. That is enough — and if it forgets Group or Milestone, the file still imports.

What if it gave me prose instead of a table?

Reply "redo that as a table with those columns" and it rewrites it on the spot. Rather not go back to the chat? Screenshot the answer and we read it with optical recognition. See every format we accept

Can I hand it to someone else to edit?

Yes: hit Share and we copy the link to your clipboard. Whoever opens it gets their own editable copy. You can also send it by email with that link inside. Either way the project rides inside the link, never parked on a server.

Is my schedule stored on a server?

No. The file is read, edited and exported in your browser. The one exception is emailing it: that attachment does travel, because there is no other way to deliver it.
