Frequently asked questions

Which templates are available?

Six: home renovation, moving house, event planning, product launch, marketing campaign and software development. Each comes with grouped phases, tasks with realistic durations and marked milestones.

Can I change the tasks in a template?

All of them. Rename with a double-click, move bars by dragging, add or delete tasks and groups, attach notes. Once opened it is your project like any other.

Do I need to download a template file?

No. Unlike Excel templates you have to download and open in another program, here the template opens straight in your browser, already editable.

What if my project fits none of them?

You can start from a blank sheet, or bring in the schedule you already keep in a spreadsheet. Turn your Excel into a Gantt chart

Do they work for construction?

The home renovation template is the closest one: it ships with demolition, services, finishes and final clean-up as phases. For a larger build it is usually better to bring the task list over from your spreadsheet and edit it here.
