Terms of use
iLoveGantt is a free tool built by one person. These terms are short on purpose.
Last updated: August 31, 2026
What we offer
Online tools to create, import, convert and share Gantt charts and project timelines. The core features are free and need no account. Some visual themes and advanced features are part of a paid plan.
We do our best to keep the service available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted uptime or perfect results. It is a free service, provided as is.
Your schedules are yours
Everything you build with iLoveGantt belongs to you. We claim no rights over your data, your projects or the files you export. Since they are processed in your browser and stored on your machine, in practice they never leave your control.
The site and the software are ours
iLoveGantt — its code, its design, its texts, its name and its logo — is an original work by Manuel Robles, protected by Argentine copyright law (Ley 11.723) and by international copyright treaties. All rights reserved.
You may use the tool without limits for your own projects, personal or commercial, and the schedules you build are entirely yours. What is not allowed is copying, reproducing, decompiling or redistributing this site’s code, design or texts to build a derivative or competing product, or presenting iLoveGantt as your own.
The name and logo may not be used without written permission, except to refer to the tool itself — an article, a review, a recommendation — which we appreciate.
If you believe something on this site infringes a right of yours, write to team@ilovegantt.com and we will look into it.
What we expect from you
Reasonable use: do not try to break the service, do not use it for illegal activity, and do not abuse the email feature to send unsolicited mail.
Liability
Always check your schedule before relying on it for something that matters. Automatic detection of tasks and dates is right most of the time, but it can be wrong — which is why uncertain dates are flagged in the review step. We are not liable for decisions made from a misread schedule, nor for the loss of projects stored in your browser (clearing your browser data clears them).
If a schedule matters to you, export it to PDF or Excel. That is the backup.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. The date above marks the last revision. Questions: team@ilovegantt.com.
